Fresh and Fruity Salad

- 15g coriander
- 4 chicken fillets
- One lime, juiced
- Ground pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Two apples
- Vitacress Formosa salad
- 100g walnuts
- Vitacress passion fruit seasoning
- Drizzle a little olive oil into a frying pan and add the chicken fillets which have been seasoned with a mixture of chopped coriander, lime juice and ground pepper. Braise the chicken in the pan.
- Meanwhile, on a platter arrange the Formosa Salad and the chicken fillets cut into pieces.
- Decorate the platter with pieces of apple and walnut and finish with a few drops of Vitacress passion fruit seasoning.
