- 3 cloves of garlic
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 15g chives
- 15g coriander
- 200g pear tomatoes
- 4 slices of rustic bread
- 50g brie cheese
- 30g wild rocket
- Chop the cloves of garlic, chives and coriander and mix in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and the pear tomatoes cut in halves.
- Spread the prepared mixture over the four slices of rustic bread.
- Add the brie cheese and bake until it melts and the bread is toasted. Remove from the oven.
- Scatter the fresh wild rocket over the slices of bread and serve.
